JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the supervision of all the activities of the Department in order to meet the department's goals;
Assists the Accounting Assistant Director in the preparation of financial statements and report, maintenance and safekeeping of company's Books of Accounts;
A. Cost Accounting
Update Item Composition.
Prepare costing and pricing templates
Prepares Cost of Sales and Inventory variances reports
Prepares summary of year-end Inventory
A. Financial Reports
Assist the Accounting Assistant Director in the preparation of financial statements such as:
a. Working Trial Balance
b. Balance Sheet
c. Income Statement
d. Schedule of Accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and related fields
Certified Public Accountant
Experience in a computer-based Accounting Information System
At least three (4) years work experience as an Accounting Supervisor from a reputable company or business establishment
Knowledgeable on basic regulatory requirements of government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Local Government Unit and other government agencies.
