Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for performing highly specialized accounting work required to maintain the BIR general ledger. Working under the direction of the General Manager. The Accounting Manger directs and coordinates the daily activities of the accounting staff to quickly and accurately record the revenues, expenditures, assets, and liabilities of the head office and project site. She/He should be a highly motivated self-starter with supervisory, review, and proofing experience. She/He is also responsible for preparing annual financial statements and coordinating for the annual audit.
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills: Taxation, Finance, Cost Accounting, Treasury and General Accounting.
Trains, develops, assists and motivates staff for betterment.
Maintain open-line communication among staff and resolve issues immediately.
Submission of Financial Report and Account Schedules on time and accurate.
Review and checking of transactions to ensure the accurateness
Set up meetings with bank and top management
Build and maintain business relationships in banking industry.
Supervision of Site and coordinate with Koreans Project Manager with regards of the expenses.
Prepare other reports that may be required by management.
Manage day-to-day activities of General Accounting.
Manage and control site budget and funds
Prepare monthly reports, sales volume, income statement and inventory report.
Directly reported to General Manager and President
