Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing end to end accounting processes
Knowledgeable of recording and recognizing:
a. Disbursements and accrual of expenses
b. Income, billing and revenue recognition
c. Collection and accounts receivable monitoring
d. Property Plant and Equipment recognition and depreciation
Should be reliable and highly organized;
Should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing and work equally well independently and in team;
Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office applications;
Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and scanners;
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive;
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately;
Basic mathematical skills; and
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles, including bookkeeping.
