Job description
Assists the Controller in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
Supervises and manages the staff to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintains a documented systems of accounting policies and procedures
Manage the preparation of company's budget and reports to the controller the budget variances and the reasons for those
forecast weekly cash flow positions, available funds for investments and, if any related borrowings needs
Prepares internal financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and interprets the company's financial results to management and recommends improvement activities
Creates ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by the management
Represents the company before the BIR and SEC and is responsible for tax submissions and other BIR and SEC regulatory requirements
Work closely with the external auditors during financial audit
Experience:
Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Location:
Bocaue, Bulacan (Preferred)
License:
CPA (Preferred)
