Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
with 3-10 years strong work experience in Construction Company or Agro-Industrial Company as Sr. Accounting Supervisor or Jr. Manager level and Handled Government compliance, BIR and taxes is required
With strong knowledge in General Accounting
Related certification or (CPA License) is an advantage
Computer literate
Resident of Imus Cavite or nearby location

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
month and end-year process
accounts payable/receivable
cash receipts
general ledger
cash forecasting
revenue and expenditure variance analysis
capital assets reconciliations
trust account statement reconciliations
check runs
fixed asset activity
debt activity
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statement
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
