JOB DESCRIPTION:
General functions:
Monthly financial closing
Budget, taxation and costing flow and profit and loss forecast
Monthly and quarterly business reports to Head Office (DMM)
Processing of payroll of Managers and Japanese members
Safekeeping of company's assets, contracts and records
Internal control, planning and procedures documentation
Internal and external financial audits
BIR, PEZA, SEC reports and requirements
Main functions:
Serves as Accounting Person-in-Charge (PIC) on Fixed Assets and ensure timely recording of Fixed Assets.
Spearhead the Fixed Asset count and monitor Fixed Asset Ringi.
Establishing Budget and introduction of Profit and Loss meeting among concerned department head.
Check PRAFs for budget compliance.
Review and establish material inventory procedure and control to maintain high level of inventory accuracy.
Approval of all Journal Slip to ERP system and reviews result of monthly ERP data.
Discussion with Top Management regarding results of the monthly operating profit, problems encountered and countermeasures.
Dealing with bank officers and representatives from DMM and Nidec Group.
Reviews and implements quality accounting system, coordinating closely with other departments to establish and maintain procedure and control
Set-up accounting programs and ensures continuous improvement.
