-Payroll and Payment related
-Prepares interim financial statement report monthly, quarterly and annually (in house and for external used).
-Prepares and file the Quarterly Corporate Income Tax Return
-Filing of Annual Audited Financial Statement and Income Tax Return
-Prepares Yearly Gen. Information Sheet and submit the updated to the SEC.
-Representative for the Tax Audit per BIR and LGU and other External Affairs of the Company under Taxes.
-Handles renewal of the Yearly Registration of Books on manual
-Supervision functions of General Accounting Staff.
-Prepares Quarterly Performance evaluation.
-Approved the Subsidiary Schedules of the General Accounting Department such as Cost of Contracts, Operating Expenses, and GL Accounts of GAD (PPE, Investment and other Assets Account).
-Reconcile Manual Schedule versus GL Program Schedule Reports.
-Attends management meetings and management review meetings.
-Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Major in Accounting
With 10 years of experience in General Accounting
With at least 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager

Knowledgeable in BIR and Tax Laws,
Knowledgeable in Computerized Accounting System
BETTER
Has Experience working in a Japanese company
Has Experience working in the Japanese manufacturing company
