Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree; Accounting Technology, Accountancy, Financial Management or its equivalent related to the job; CPA is an advantage
With a minimum of 5-10 years experience.
Must be proficient with Microsoft software, especially Microsoft Excel.
Must be willing to lead a team and work well with others;
With good English communication skills (oral and written);
Must be able to prepare reports and present to the management;
Must have advanced level of knowledge in General Accounting and principles, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Bookkeeping, Taxation, Projections, and Financial planning;
Knowledge in real estate is an advantage;
Must be organized, keen to details, and reliable; and
Can easily adapt to working environment
Experience:
ACCOUNTING: 4 years (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
License:
PRC (Preferred)
CPA (Preferred)
