Qualification:
With at least one year experience
Job Decription:
Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate and organized financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly categorized and logged in the general ledger.
Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, expense reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and process invoices for accounts payable and track outstanding invoices for accounts receivable.
Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Auditing Support: Prepare documentation and provide necessary information to facilitate internal and external audits.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Help with the preparation and tracking of company budgets and financial forecasts.
