Job Description:
We are seeking for meticulous and collaborative candidate who will be responsible for specific GL accounts. The Accounting Coordinator maintains a record of accounts payable and receivables, issuing invoices, updating account statements, resolving account discrepancies, and managing bank reconciliations. You will also help with tax audits, as well as performing bookkeeping functions and other administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain accurate accounting records and documents
Prepare and distribute financial statements
Reconcile bank statements
Develop and implement accounting procedures
Analyze financial information
Provide administrative support

Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; must be a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Analyst or Accounts Receivable specialist.
Has knowledge experience of internal controls and Accounting and taxation.
A passion for details and the ability to explain them.
Advanced background in accounting computer systems, and expert in excel functions and pivot tables, macro-excel is a plus.
Other competencies required: achievement motivation and perseverance, strategic and analytical thinking, quality focus, good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and values, and a team player.
