ACCOUNTING CLERK
This is an ENTRY LEVEL POSITION.
Job Responsibilities:
Checking, encoding, and filing references into Quickbooks [if you are not familiar with Quickbooks, that’s ok, we will train you]
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Checking reports and making sure records are accurate and reliable
Preparing reports and letters
Preparing payroll and other payables
Process business permits and property taxes
Record and maintain books of accounts
Maintain an orderly filing system
Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
And all other things pertaining to office concerns
We need someone mature, honest, hardworking, diligent, responsible, and ready to work.
