Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Process Expense and Order based Invoices
Perform 3-way matching and prepare Invoices for approval
Resolve any Account Payable related issues
Do account reconciliation for AP related accounts
May support other Robotics Finance activities
Perform project work as required
Promote and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:
To qualify, candidates must have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Accounts Payable experience is a plus
High attention to details
Knowledgeable in using MS Dynamics AX, Medius, SAP Concur
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment
Organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
Can do flexible working time
