· Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses of the company
· Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely
· Sends bills to customers; processes refunds; interacts with collection agencies on past-due accounts; and works to resolve billing disputes
· Updates all records of cash-in and cash-outs
· Prepares vouchers for Accounts payable to suppliers
· Final checking of employee's payroll before releasing
· BIR payment compliance
· Monitor Outlet sales
· Maintenance in-store and outlet expenses
· Update production stocks report
· Update dispatched stocks report
· Prepare weekly and monthly store and outlet sales report.
· Weekly and monthly expense report
Year-end expense and inventory stocks report
