Description
1. Monitor the flow of stocks particularly on production and deliveries of the same, receiving and issuance of raw materials, office supplies and other items needed in the operation.
2. Collects, summarizes and computes data from receiving reports, materials requisitions and returns. Posts it on the Material Ledger card.
3. Evaluates and reviews the summary of Production reports and highlight discrepancies if any.
4. Participates in physical inventory count scheduled by management of the stocks.
5. Identifies liabilities, classify it, and charges it to the right account for posting in the voucher registry.
6. Prepare a monthly overhead report.
7. Summarizes petty cash fund, account assignment and ledger.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Applicant must be Graduate of BS Information Technology or any Business related courses.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
3. Open for Single, Female
4. Willing to work overtime
5. Hardworking and with initiative
