Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or similar field
Six (6) months to one (1) year work experience as General Accounting Assistant
Excellent communication skills.
Meticulous, well-organized and detail oriented.
Can start immediately.
Willing to be assigned in Cainta, Rizal.
 
ROLES:
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Prepares journal entries and adjustments for month-end transactions.
Data entry to accounting system for accruals, prepayments, and monthly amortizations.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Process cash advance and salary loan of employees;
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
Prepares request for payments, payment voucher, petty cash replenishment reports by verifying documentation.
Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
Prepares reports for BIR Tax compliance (2307, 2550M/Q, 0619-E, 1601-EQ, 1604-C, 1604-E, DST, 1702, SLSP, Alphalist of employees, SAWT, VAT RELIEF and other BIR reportorial requirements.
Prepares monthly reports for SSS, PHIC and HDMF including SEC and local government reportorial requirements.
Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Liaise with government agencies for submission of mandated reports and
