ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FUNCTIONS
1. Audit and Processing Reimbursements and Liquidation of employees.
2. Prepares Petty Cash Voucher and Account Payable Voucher Only.
3. Prepares PCF Replenishments.
4. Prepares RF Replenishments.
5. Petty Cash Custodian and prepare PCV for disbursement through Petty Cash
6.Perform other duties that maybe assigned to/required of the job.
PERSONNEL FUNCTIONS
1. Prepares for SSS and Philhealth monthly reports.
2.Handles overall recruitment functions & administers exams for applicants.
3. Prepares monthly Tardiness Reports and Efficiency Cards.
4. Prepares payroll every cut off and monitor SL/VL of employees.
5.Prepares summary of contributions ( Quarterly) to SSS/PHIC/HDMF for posting.
6.Filling 201 and distributing payslip of employees.
7.Follow up some documents of employees to be approved by H.O Personnel.
8.Prepares employee clearances of resigned employees.
10.Perform other duties that maybe assigned to/required of the job.
