Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or any related field.
Must be attentive and possess good communication skills.
Must be flexible and trainable.
Computer Literate.

With good academic standing and broader knowledge in Accounting.
Willing to multi-task and assume work in case of absence/vacancy.

Job Description:
Checks accuracy of Sales Invoices from Sales Agents compared to system encoded Invoice.
Record and maintain daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
Ensure accurate documentation and filing of accounting records.
Communicates customer updates and other customer concerns especially on pricing and delivery.
In charge of encoding/processing Sales Invoices and Sales report.
Assists in receiving calls such as customer concerns and inquiries.
