Job Summary
Assists the group assigned with accounting related tasks such as bookkeeping, check preparation, encoding/filing, and payroll. Ensure that principles of accounting systems are applied in processing financial transactions and ensures that governmental requirements are complied with.
Qualifications
A graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting (CPAs and Non CPAs are accepted)
Preferably with experience or knowledge in bookkeeping, encoding, filing, and governmental contributions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent technical, analytical and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
Flexible work in a dynamic environment and with good moral character
Responsibilities
Assist accountants and auditors with bookkeeping, clerical duties, and managing accounts.
Resolve outstanding payments through communication with clients.
Process, record, and pay invoices, bills, and other transactions.
Record fiscal transactions, balancing and reconciling accounts.
Encoding client remittances/AFL
Filing of tax returns with encoding in BIR alpha-list and relief
Financial Statement preparation and governmental compliance
Other errands assigned by supervisor
