SCOPE OF WOR:
Preparing financial forms, documents, and sales reports.
Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
Assisting with tax filings, accounts receivables, accounts payables, and payroll processing.
Complying with government regulations and requirements.
Encodes check payables for supplier.
Prepares posting of invoices manually for customers.
Maintaining records and filing systems.
Answering telephones and handling routing correspondence with clients.
Follow up collection from customers.
Receives payments and documents of client's orders or payment from sales agents on field or on duty.
Performs other tasks assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferably with Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or other related courses.
Sufficient accounting work experience, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess excellent understanding of computer programs, such as Microsoft Access and Excel, as well as knowledge of general accounting theories and guidelines.
Strong familiarity with computerized accounting systems.
Possesses a team player attitude and promotes a cooperative work atmosphere.
With proficiency in data entry and word processing.
Fosters effective communication towards diverse group of people in verbal and written form.
Ability to create and present reports,as well as correspondence regularly.
