Prepares monthly related party reconciliation statements and records necessary adjusting entries on a timely manner
Prepares monthly bank reconciliation statements and records necessary adjusting entries on a timely manner
Updates and maintains monthly schedules of Balance Sheet accounts such as but not limited to schedule of cash advances; prepayments, etc.
Keeps oneself abreast of new pronouncements and regulations that will have an impact on the company's disbursement procedures.
Others
Coordinates with other BUs for any concerns related to the timely reconciliation.
Supports the team in carrying out any process improvements as may deem necessary for disbursement process
Education: College Graduate: Accountancy or Finance related courses.
Work Experience: 1-2 years experience in General Accounting or audit
