ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - DISBURSEMENT (CEBU BASED)
Job Description
Check preparation for accounts payable, acquire signatures for the check and post to appropriate accounts.
Reconcile disbursed amounts recorded in the general ledger and receivable logbooks to ensure that all remittances are accounted for and properly posted.
Assist in month-end financial closing, financial audits, and preparation of reports, by gathering information and processing data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in General Accounting.
Proficient in MS office application.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent data entry skills.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
