As we look to the future, we are seeking a world-class Accounting Associate -Commercial Asset Management Accounting based in ROHQ, Binan, Philippines. SUMMARY:
This position will handle project level accounting of SLB and PPA Revenue and is responsible for month end close activities and project level financial statement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Responsible for booking monthly journal entries for sold SLB projects such as revenue recognition, cash entries, amortization, accruals and depreciation in accordance with GAAP and Non-GAAP requirements
-Maintains schedules of all financial calculation (Depreciation, Amortization, Accruals) of each project for monthly booking of transactions.
-Responsible for monthly reconciliation and analysis for accounts
-Supports in the preparation of stand-alone financial statements and stand-alone audit.
-Provide support for quarterly SOX and PBC requirements and other finance and audit duties as assigned.
-Provides analytical support for business decisions and participate / lead special projects and process improvements initiatives.
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Finance related courses.
-CPA
-CMA or any accounting certifications is a plus but not required.
-Experience in various accounting areas like General Accounting., Asset Management & Financial Data Analysis
-Preferably at least 5 years experience in full cycle accounting
-Analytical and keen to details
-Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Can work well at different levels of the organization
