• General Accounting Duties
• Government compliance (BIR etc.)
• Follow up clients payments and overdue balances.
• Monitors and analyzes non-payments and delayed payments .
• Prepares letters to clients for overdue payments.
• Process adjustments and updates payments in POS System.
• Updates checks status in POS Systems.
• Monitors cash on delivery payments.
• Process and send invoices to clients.
• Prepares monthly report for travel expenses of Sales Executives.
• Updates Salesbook.
• Checks prices reflected in invoices.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 3
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
