ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Job Duties:
In-charge for Vessel Account Transactions
Crewing and Marine Operation Transactions
Prepare Endorsements
Assist the Accounting head and Audit
Prepare Statement of Account for owners
Prepare Reports for Ship-owners
Monthly Fund/Debit Note
Prepare and issue Billings relative to ships guarantee claims
Conduct audit for Technical/Purchasing and Marine/Crewing ships transactions and payment endorsements
Qualifications:
A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Management Accounting
Hands on experience in accounting software (Peach Tree, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks or other software)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer proficient
Knowledgeable to prepare end to end accounting reports
Fresh Graduates are welcome.
