JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepares sales invoice
Prepares weekly and monthly accounts receivables
In-charge of petty cash liquidation and preparation of expenses per project
Issuance of BIR 2307 for withholding tax expanded of suppliers
In-charge of releasing cheques to the suppliers
Process Certificate of tax withheld at source (2307) from clients
Prepares Quarterly VAT Relief
Process collections from customers
Responsible for the ffg Bank Transactions : Encashment, BIR Payment, Pag-ibig, SSS
Payment of Utilities of the Company
