Receiving and reviewing suppliers invoice and RFP's for correctness and proper documentation
Posting of payables to ERP
Timely processing of payments and transmittal to Treasury
Prepare Monthly Schedule for Payables, Advances to Suppliers, and other relevant reports pertaining to Payables
Bring up to Finance Manager any concerns or recommendations affecting accuracy and timeliness of payables recording
Assist the accounting manager create and update financial reports. They work on balance sheets, statements of income, statements of retained earnings, and cash flow statements
Process and submit BIR-related documents
Posting of payables to ERP
