Duties and Responsibilities
Checking of daily sales report of all stores / branches including but not limited to cash sales, credit card, G Cash and bank transfer vs Z reading.
Checking monthly sales reports from stores/branches.
Verification / checking of on-line sales transactions such as grab and food panda.
Monitoring of daily sales deposits from all branches.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation report (daily sales deposit versus actual deposits)
Preparation of Accounts receivable reports (if any)
Coordinates with 3rd party Accounting on the preparation of BIR payments such as VAT.
Conducts monthly inventory reports on all branches / commissary and warehouse.
Conducts regular audit on stores and HQ Petty Cash.
Preparation of financial reports including but not limited to monthly sales, petty cash inventory and other reports† as deemed necessary.
Recommend process and procedures for the department.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or Financial Management
Audit experience is a big plus
Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented
Honest and trustworthy
