OB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitors and disburses the payables of the company to the proper party/ies or institution according to the timelines and deadlines set.
Reviews the accounts payable entries to ensure that all necessary requirements and documentations are complete prior to processing of payments.
Reports outstanding payable accounts to immediate superior to immediately process payment to avoid any penalties, etc.
Other Accounting tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
Proficient in MS Excel
FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
Must be amenable to work in San Pedro, Laguna
