JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assists in the performance of functions relative to sales, audit, voucher preparation, inventory and general accounting.
• Assist in the administrative work of Finance/Accounting Division.
• Provides assistance to interface with regards to financial management.
• Responsible for maintaining all accounting records of the company; assist in Financial Statement preparation; maintenance of all books of accounts for Accounts Payable/Purchases, payments and all kinds of disbursements and maintain Subsidiary Ledgers for each accounts; performs bank and accounts reconciliation. Performs auditing function as well.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Accounting General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Previous experience in bookkeeping, handling of A/R and A/P or inventory. an advantage
• Applicant willing to be assigned in Head Office / Balintawak, Quezon City
