Job Description
We are looking for an excellent multitasker, trustworthy, efficient, organized and motivated Accounting Assistant with exceptional communication skills and with understanding of basic Accounting principles and proficiency with computer and software.
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities :
Providing support to Accounting department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, handling communications with external and internal clients via email, phone and in-person ,
Processing transaction, payables and receivables, budgets and issuing checks.
Updating ledgers, budgets and preparation of financial reports.
Assisting with audits, fact checks , documentation compliance and resolving discrepancies.
Performs other functions as may be directed by the Immediate Head
Minimum Qualifications
1. Must be graduate of BS Accountancy
2. Has great attention to detail, confidentiality and integrity
3. Has analtyical skills with high degree of objectivity
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Familiarity with finance regulations
6. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
7. Preferably with atleas six (6) months work related experience.
8. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
9. Must be willing to be assign in GEELY QUEZON AVENUE ( QUEZON CITY)

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
