ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
Performs day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure completeness of supporting documents related to billing from vendors and employees based on the processed payments.
Ensures completeness and genuineness of all required supporting attachments and supplementary documentations
Ensures the completeness, reliability, and accuracy of all required file maintenance
Reconciles accounts payable transactions by monitoring accounts
Ensures complete recognition of all Taxes, relative to the respective payment transaction
Provides supporting documentation for audits
Performs Other Tasks assigned periodically
