The Accounting and administrative assistant performs a variety of general accounting and admin support tasks in an accounting department including:
· Records Accrual of Expenses and entry code account in accounting software.
· Prepares Monthly Expenses per department.
· Conducts Inventory Count every end of the month
· Issue BIR form 2307
· Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management relative to the AP, AR in accordance with records retention policies and procedures.
· Ensuring that bills and other expenses are paid in a timely and accurate manner, maintaining of accounts payable schedule and attending to vendor's inquiries.
· Computation Payroll, SSS, PHIC, Pag-ibig
· Recuritment new staff and Maintaining documents data employee.
· Basic knowledge of import work
