The Accounting Assistant will perform both finance and accounting functions, which involves preparation, recording, and summarizing of all Main Office financial transactions.
Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy or in any business-related course with units in Accounting (Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent
Proven one (1) year accounting experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in basic accounting procedures, bookkeeping, taxation, financial statements, bank reconciliation, and fund management
Can perform all necessary accounting works such as, but not limited to, banking, payroll preparation, and other accounts reconciliation
Can compile and input vouchers, invoices, checks, statements, reports, and other pertinent records
Must be proficient in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Preferably can drive a motorcycle
Must be able to work in San Fernando, Pampanga (Main Office)
