· Cash Fund Monitoring
· Responsible for handling petty cash funds.
· Encoding, summarizing, and filing of collected receipts.
· Summarizing and filing of a cash disbursement for the following accounts: a. Php Account b. CNY Account c. USD Account
· Preparing checks and vouchers for company utility payments.
· Preparing and monitoring employee payroll deductions.
· Monitoring company vehicles' RFID balance and GPS.
· Performing additional duties if needed
