Description
To handle payables processing for non-copra transactions. Give assistance to other accounting related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
1. She ensures to fill up appropriately Processing Slip for multiple payable transactions and ensures accuracy of data reflected in the Receiving Receipt, Purchase Order and Invoice are all in harmony.
2. She prepares the Request for Payment and have it checked by Accounting Supervisor and approved by Resident Manager and ensures that Request for Payment's approval is in accordance with the company's Approving Authority policy.
3. She ensures to accurately encode into the finance and accounting system (FAS) accounting entries per disbursement transaction and print Check Voucher accordingly and have it checked by Accounting Supervisor and approved by Resident Manager.
4. She communicates with Stores personnel and Suppliers for incomplete payables processing documents to ensure timely and accurate payment.
5. She ensures to have all weekly transactions in the accounting system (FAS) is complete and correct accounting entries are encoded prior to weekly FAS download and email to Manila Office recipients.

1 year of experience
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
