Job Description
Prepare Monthly and
Year End Accruals and Adjustments (General Journal Entries and CAJEs)
Consolidate Monthly Balance Sheet and Income Statement Schedules
Record reclassification of Inventory Clearing and other clearing accounts to respective account codes
Prepare Monthly PEZA reports
Prepare TIMTA Reports
Prepare BIR computerized accounting system update every 1st month of the year
Check BIR and Government remittances (SSS,HDMF,Phic) and process payement on e GOV and efPS
Preparation and filing of monthly and quarterly BIR withholding taxes (1601E, 1601C,1600, 1601F, & 1603), VAT (2550M & 2550Q) & ITR (1702 & 1702Q)
Preparation and converting of Gov't Remittances (SSS,Pag-ibig,Philhealth) on Sage ACCPAC
Communicate directly to government institutions (BIR,Pag-ibig,Philhealth,SSS) with regards to concerns and inquiry from LPPI Accounts team.
Update and submission of Summary List of Sales and Purchases, Monthly Alphalist of Payees for monthly, quarterly submission to BIR
Sage Accpac Bank Reconciliation (Php, USD, JPY)
Petty Cash Custodian
Job Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel.
• Knowledge of an ERP, Large Accounting Package; SAGE is a plus.
• Has excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
• Keen in details, goal oriented and has the ability to work in a fast-placed environment with minimal supervision.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 3 years experience on PEZA reporting, General Accounting, Taxation.
• Have knowledge and expererience on handling BIR audits.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
