DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Performs general bookkeeping and clerical activities
· Filing of tax returns
· Intercompany reconciliation
· Preparation of income reports and other finance reports
· Checks liquidation reports and receipts
· Monthly preparation of bank reconciliation report
· Journal entries posting
· Knowledgeable in ERP specifically Netsuite
· Performs task back-up for other staff especially in records timekeeping and records management
· Performs all other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or any similar degree
· Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically Excel
· Preferably with knowledge in using Netsuite
· With understanding of bookkeeping, accounting and other government statutory requirements
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently on assigned duties
· Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Diligent and able to work long hours
· Willing to work in Las Piñas
