DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares tobacco/flavor cost, material cost, sample cut rags and cigarettes and forwards the report to the Accounting and Finance Head;
• Prepares proposed selling price;
• Prepares sampling costs and forwards the report to the Marketing Department upon approval;
• Responsible for timely reconciliation and reporting of company standard cost;
• Monitor all finished goods monthly (Primary and Secondary) actual and QuickBooks;
• Monitor all inventories (In and Out) (Primary and Secondary);
• Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories (Secondary & Primary) every quarter;
• Receives Primary Production Report and daily cut-rags and flavor usage;
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill job function or as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Male;
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / Accounting Technology;
• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft office;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software;
• 1-3 years cost accounting experience.
