Description
Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a well-established staffing solutions company, based in Makati City, in their search for a ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.
Job Description:
The Accounting Assistant will be responsible of the following:
Third Party Administrator disbursement.
Check disbursement
Online banking transaction
Settlement/Payment preparation
Responsible for the check inventory and requisition
Responsible for deposit slip writing
Responsible for the monitoring of online banking transaction (BDO, BPI and Metrobank)
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Accounting Technology or any business course.
With at least six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience, preferably billing and collection.
Proficient in using MS Applications: Word, Ppt, Excel
Detail oriented and with analytical skills.
Can work with minimum supervision.
Willing to work in Makati City.
