JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting , finance or any accounting related course.
At least 1 Year of working experience of related field
Can work full time with minimum supervision, keen to details & organized
Computer literate and proficient in MS application, particularly Excel and Word
REPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining various financial records and preparation of related documents
Preparing journal entries, analyses, and assisting in account reconciliations
Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits on petty cash
Maintaining fixed asset inventory records
Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
Responding to information requests, reviewing financial reports, and assisting with audits.
Assisting in BIR and government related processes
Assisting the accounting/admin manager as needed.
Performs other functions as management may direct
