Is a privately owned provider of international freight forwarding and project logistics solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in bookkeeping at least 2-3 years
Experience in Accounts Payables
Experience in Accounts Receivables is a PLUS
Experience in Australian GST
Experience in any accounting software
What Will You Be Doing:
Processing Accounts Payables for payments (Entering shipment number in the system (CargoWise))
Creditor Statement Reconciliation
Coordinating with Operators to ensure the accuracy of details being entered in the system
Entering journal entries in system
May do invoicing in the future
May do Accounts Receivables as well when Finance Managers are on leave
