The Accounting Assistant shall be primarily responsible in the centralized maintenance of cost allocations among cost centers/branches and payroll entries. She shall ensure that all expenditures are properly recorded in the respective cost centers/branches. She shall be the in charge in the timely preparation and settlement of insurance liabilities.
Monitoring of employee cash advances and liquidations for the whole bank.

Within the limits of authorized policies, procedures, programs and budgets, he/she is responsible and has commensurate authority to execute and accomplish the duties set forth as follows:
