Description
Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions to ensure updated report
- Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into oracle system
- Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries
- Assist printing of check payables to different vendors and ensure on time payment.
- Provides general Accounting services to Accounting Manager.
MUST HAVE:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Accounting, Financial Management of any Business related course.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and detailed oriented person
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
- Position is for permanent/full time position and must be available to start immediately
