Qualifications:
• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course
• At least two years of accounting experience
• MYOB experience
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "team player"
• Ability to build relationships with clients
• Positive and happy attitude
• Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
• Excellent time management skills
KEY TASKS
1. Updating of 7 x MYOB files using MYOB AccountRight Standard, including daily bank reconciliations
2. Assist with management of accounts Payable
3. Assist with management of accounts Receivable
4. Processing of new client payments and client refunds
5. Entering commissions received into Salesforce
6. Electronic Accounts filing (payables & receivables)
7. Credit checks for new clients via Equifax Australia
8. Entering Payroll Journals into MYOB
SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (in particular Microsoft Excel)
2. Hands on Experience in MYOB AccountRight Standard 2020

Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, Accounting
