Job description
1. MANAGEMENT
Oversee the daily functions of the accounting section.
Maintain and manage the system of accounting policies and procedures.
Manage workflow and provide improvements
Design work methods for more productive work environment.
Provide appropriate decisions on issues.
Develop alternative approaches and ideas to improve the system.
2. RECORDS AND MONITOR BALANCES OF THE FOLLOWING:
Asset Accounts
Payroll Accounts
Audit Accounts
3. REPORTS
Prepares Financial Report (P/L & BS)
Sales & Profit per clients
BIR Reports
PEZA Reports (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual)
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of B.S Accountancy
Preferably CPA
Have 5 years or More experience in related field, 3 years officer capacity
Hard worker, good communication skills, fast-learner, organize and keen to details
