We provide high-quality tobacco leaves to major tobacco companies around the world, and we are constantly seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team.Purpose of the Role:Operations Accounting Assistant is responsible for the review and liquidation of farmers contracts, processes cash and non-cash requests, manages key accounting transactions, and generates Operations Update reports.Here's how you would make an impact:
Review and process accounting transactions of farmers/suppliers like DR, CV, JV, SDR, PO, etc.
Liquidate Farmer's Contracts and Agreements, DR, CV, SOA
Print & Release of SDR, PO, CM, SOA
Provide accurate and timely reporting of Operations update
Adhere to Audit and Compliance
Update and enhance System, Policies and Procedure
Observe Cost Efficiency and Maximization of Resources /5S of Good Housekeeping
Perform any additional tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Here's what we're looking for:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any Business-related course
Experience is not required but having relevant work experience is an advantage
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Familiarity with Growing Operational aspects is an advantage
Expertise in office software applications
