Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Strong analytical skills, effective oral and written communication skills, details-oriented, , strong ethics,
Supervisory position experience in a manufacturing setting is a must.
Must have experience in Finance and General Accounting matters and Cost Accounting
Well-versed in all Accounting Facets including (Budgeting, Auditing, Payroll, Taxation)
Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual tax compliance.
Monitor all taxes that are required for the company to file and pay
Manage audit, taxation and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with the relevant local laws and serve as liaison with lawyers, consultants, bankers, auditors etc. as necessary.
Handles fixed asset and inventory management; monitoring and control by conducting periodic physical count of fixed assets and inventory.
Ensure all financial information is updated timely and accurately, meeting all deadlines.
Responsible and in charge of checking and validating that all transactions are properly documented, duly approved and accurately recorded in books of account to assess accuracy and completeness.
Perform monthly closing and general account analysis and reconciliation, including the processing of expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets, depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification of journal entries.
Prepares monthly and annual financial statements and other reportorial requirements for submission to the Management.
Provide support for General/Cost Accounting Team in all areas relating to financial reporting.
Work closely with Accounting Head and perform duties that may be assigned from to time.
