JOB DESCRIPTION
Accounting Assistant
Check and prepare cash disbursements (vouchers/check preparations) and cash advance liquidation;
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors;
Preparation for remittances of monthly withholding taxes;
Remittance of various BIR reportorial and other government requirements;
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements;
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
Monitoring of payment of Government statutory requirements;
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any Finance related courses
At least 1-2 years’ experience in general accounting;
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Must be able to multitask, with keen attention to details and can work under pressure.
