Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
Accounting Assistant - A.R. is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Sales Invoice and DR Preparation, Recording of Sales & Monitoring of Receivables Aging, and Preparation of Related Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports
2. Encoding and Reconciliation of Sales
3. SOA Preparation and Follow-up to Agents/Directly to Clients
4. Collection Receipt Preparation and Recording and Preparation of Related Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reports
5. Deposit Slips Preparation of Collections/Banking Transactions if necessary
6. Inventory Recording and Monitoring and Relevant Weekly and Monthly Reports and Quarterly Physical Inventory
7. Filing of Handled Documents (Sales, Collection, and Inventory)
8. Other Departmental Related Tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
- Knowledgeable in accounting activities
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic know-how of office equipment usage
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English ,Tagalog
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
