She/He is responsible to assist the Accounting Department with data entry, processing and recording of transactions, assists with audit or fact-checking, managing files and records and preparation of financial reports. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / BS Accounting Technology Fresh Graduates/ with 1-2 years of working experience in the same field. Familiarity on basic bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures With hands-on experience in MS Office. With experience in SAP is preferred. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Audit of petty cash replenishments by reviewing invoices against submitted reports for completeness and accuracy, data entry and recording transactions in the accounting system . Preparation of bank reconciliation . Reconcile accounts in a timely manner and enter financial transactions into the accounting system for month-end closing . Preparation of financial reports and monthly audit schedules . Computation and filing of tax reports - VAT, Withholding and Income Tax . Assist with audit, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies, if any. . To handle administrative and clerical procedures such as managing files and records, communication with other department or third party related to above listed responsibilities. . Assist Accounting Supervisor / Manager for other accounting related tasks and reports required from time to time.
